For game-related disputes, you must submit a formal complaint to our customer support team within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. Jili VS will investigate the complaint and provide a written response within ten (10) business days. The decision of Jili VS on game-related disputes is final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
