Jili VS does not use your personal data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human review, except where required by law or expressly consented to by you.

• Contractual Necessity: Processing required to perform our contract with you, including account management, payment processing, and game provision.
• Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including KYC/AML obligations, PAGCOR licensing requirements, and tax reporting.
• Legitimate Interests: Processing necessary for our legitimate business interests, including fraud prevention, platform security, and service improvement, where these interests are not overridden by your privacy rights.
• Consent: Processing based on your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent, such as for optional marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

06 Data Sharing & Disclosure

Jili VS does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share your data with the following categories of recipients only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose:

6.1 Service Providers

We engage trusted third-party service providers to assist in operating the Platform, including KYC and identity verification providers, payment processors (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank), fraud detection and cybersecurity firms, cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, and customer support platform operators. All service providers are contractually bound to process your data only on our instructions and in accordance with applicable privacy law.

6.2 Regulatory & Law Enforcement Authorities

We may disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, the National Privacy Commission (NPC), the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), or other competent Philippine government authorities where required by law, court order, or regulatory directive.

6.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will notify you of any such transfer and the privacy choices available to you.

6.4 With Your Consent

We may share your data with other parties where you have given your explicit prior consent to such sharing.

07 Data Retention

Jili VS retains your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including satisfying legal, regulatory, accounting, and reporting requirements. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account and KYC data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and AML regulations.
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act and BIR regulations.
• Gaming history: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years following account closure.
• Customer support records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction.
• Technical and usage data: Retained for up to twelve (12) months, after which it is anonymized or deleted.
• Self-exclusion records: Retained indefinitely to prevent re-registration by excluded players.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with our data disposal procedures.

11 Children's Privacy

The Jili VS Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If you are under 21 years of age, you are not permitted to register an account or use the Platform in any way.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a person under the age of 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. If you believe that a minor has registered on the Platform, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 14.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control tools and to monitor their children's online activity to prevent underage access to gambling platforms.

12 International Data Transfers

Jili VS primarily stores and processes your personal data within the Philippines. In some cases, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the Philippines — for example, where we use cloud infrastructure or service providers with operations in other jurisdictions.

Where such transfers occur, Jili VS ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data to a standard equivalent to that required under Philippine law. These safeguards may include contractual clauses approved by the National Privacy Commission, adequacy decisions, or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.

By using the Jili VS Platform, you consent to the transfer of your personal data to other countries as described in this section, subject to the safeguards described above.

13 Changes to This Privacy Policy

Jili VS reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal obligations, or Platform features. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Policy was most recently revised.
